Capability Statement

Throughout my employment history, and most recently at Sanofi, I have 20 years of pharmaceutical industry experience, over 15 years of experience in a broad range of finance roles, most recently in 2020 as Lead Finance Business Partner, as a valued member of both the ANZ Vaccines Leadership Team, as well as the Sanofi ANZ affiliate Finance Leadership Team With direct reporting lines Regionally and to Corporate, and dotted lines locally to Country CFO and ANZ General Manager. This required working cross-functionally with many departments within Sanofi’s shared services platform over differing time zones to meet deadlines Along with managing multiple stakeholders at various levels. I have worked with and supported all divisions from Commercial to Support functions via Pharma, Vaccines and CHC, contributing to and managing multiple key projects, key launches & lifecycle management. Developing and implementing key commercial strategy, initiatives and policy changes to drive growth and compliance. Currently, having transitioned to the Commercial side of the business as Vaccines Business Operations Manager New Zealand and Business operations manager Clinica channel Australia, I am focused on the key drivers for the Commercial business working directly with the Vaccines leadership team and the Franchise Brand Managers to map and drive the future of Vaccines in ANZ.
