I am a qualified teacher, holding a Graduate Diploma in Education and spent six years volunteering my time and expertise to tutor and support the learning of children in foster care through the Pyjama Foundation.

  • Duties include training new starters, producing and updating training manuals, running monthly reports for quality assurance, and supporting the eCase system.
  • Overseeing and actively contributing to projects at the Court including user testing, collaborating with external users involved in implementing the projects, creating training material and presentations for staff and one on one training.
  • Recent projects include the annual report for the County Court, changes to legislation (County Court (Chapters I and III Subpoena Amendment) Rules 2023 and and the County Court (Chapters I and III Confidential Communications and Protected Health Information Amendment) Rules2023, eCase support and testing and proposing various change requests to improve Court systems.
