In my current role as Specilaist Project Services for the NiW North BOS deployment I support the deployment team to execute change management initiatives, in addition to project services and overall deployment goals.
My role contributes to enabling the execution of the BOS deployment, budget & risk management, including reporting potential deviations in line with BHP standards and requirements.

In my previous role as Specialist Project Services for the WAIO BHP Operating System (BOS) deployments in both Port & Rail on site in Port Hedland my role contributed to enabling the execution and safe/efficient delivery of 2 BOS deployments that successfully transitioned into sustain site improvement teams.
I supported the drive for the Port/Rail BOS Dojo training initiative, and became a pivotal member of the team as planner & scheduler of the training.
While living residentially and working on site I was an active member of the Port and Rail Mental Health Committee as well as the DRIVE Committee.
