My key responsibly in my role at Cabrini is to provide exceptional customer service at all times, to follow the core values of the hospital in all that I do, always aiming to make a difference in the lives of our patients, visitors and co-workers. As Overseas Student & Community Engagement Manager my primary objective was to engage and support our global and local communities at the school. I performed my duties in accordance with all applicable standards, policies and regulatory guidelines to promote a safe environment for all. I developed and maintained courteous and effective working relationships with students, staff and the wider school community.

As Head of Admissions I guided families through the enrolment process, from application submissions to onboarding. I closely monitored enrolment numbers and trends to identify opportunities for improvement. I actively listened to the families, handled any concerns quickly and escalated any major issues to the appropriate party. I offered friendly and efficient service to prospective families and was able to handle most situations with ease.
