Manage the Regional Manager emails to ensure requests and responses are actioned in a timely manner. Proactively manage the inbox during periods of leave and ensure appropriate action is taken or suitable delegation is assigned.
Proactively manage the Regional Manager diary and engagements and resolve any conflicts in accordance with short and long term business priorities, KPIs and deadlines.
Coordinate internal and external stakeholder engagement and provide administrative support such as agenda preparation, minutes and action lists.
