Managing teams interstate and overseas has been extremly rewarding and to be able to measure the profit increase whilst being a manager, meant I overachieved all my KPI goals as well as all my staff. With my current role at Lion, I liase with our supply chain as well as our other parteners who stock and sell our products. Maintaing NFSM, through our production team, this is a section within our business that we can't afford to get it wrong. If a breach is made then the consequenses not only for our customers, but for our business to resolve the issue as quckly as possible.
