The role of the Planning Department Team Leader is to lead the team by providing support & guidance. Be key liaison to all clients and interdepartmental personnel, by coordinating and executing all mobilisation activities across Australia and Internationally.

  • Leading a team of Planning Specialists and Engineering Technicians to support shutdowns and campaigns for clients such as ConocoPhillips, Chevron, Santos Ltd, BHP, Minara Resources, and Woodside Energy.
  • Managing all planning database system.
  • Producing quotations for all shutdowns and campaigns.

Early in my career at Callidus Process Solution Adelaide, I was sub-contracted to Santos Ltd (Brisbane Office) for a three-month period. The purpose behind my secondment was to provide support on the PSV project, which consist of 200+ PSVs to be overhauled and tested at the Roma Site.

The role of Project Assistant was to support the Project Manager and to assist in various administration activities at the Santos Brisbane Office. This allowed me to develop my understanding of the company's process and gave me the opportunity to visit the Santos Roma site where I developed a better understanding of a large processing plant.

  • Locating P&ID's using internal data system.
  • Establish PSVs locations within the P&ID and ‘Mark-up'.
  • Consolidate all marked up P&ID's.
  • Attend PSV Project meetings and take minutes.
  • Collate meeting information and submit to meeting attendees.

The role of Manufacturing Scheduler was to be the primary link between Kilgour and Safran Aircelle, where I was based within the Safran Aircelle building to assist with the scheduling of production activities for Airbus contracts.
