  • Collaboration with the control centre to ensure our operational requirements are met while maintaining scheduled maintenance targets

  • Fill in for Maintenance Program Manager and Technical Records Officer in times of absence

  • Responsible for the integrity of the flight hours via processing of the paper tech logs and later auditing of flights in eTechlog.

  • Eagle Copters purchased Heliwork QLD in September 2019. My first project was to transition Heliwork QLD to Eagle Copters. This was a top to bottom project and included everything from transitioning our full stores inventory to Eagle Copters, transitioning 26 full time staff to a new payroll system to ordering new uniforms.
  • Third party maintenance planning for 17 helicopters
  • Customer service, including quoting and invoicing
  • Maintaining the technical records for various helicopters, creating log book entries, completing work packs and ensuring all CASA requirements are met
  • General Administration duties including reception, PA to the Engineering team, Project Manager and Sales team

  • My original contract was in the dual role of Purchasing Manager + Airworthiness Officer. A few months in our Office Manager was let go and took on her duties. This required an enormous amount of time management.
