Since early 2023, I've served as a charter bus driver in Sydney, where I prioritise the safety and well-being of every passenger entrusted to my care. With a focus on elderly and disabled customers, I ensure their comfort during events, excursions, and tours.

My role underscores a profound commitment to passenger safety, reflecting extensive training and qualification as a heavy vehicle driver. This responsibility reinforces the importance of maintaining optimal health and abstaining from drugs, alcohol, and tobacco, ensuring a secure journey for all.

During the Covid-19 pandemic, significant disruptions occurred in the business environment, affecting many operations, including mine. Despite these challenges, I utilised this period to enhance my skills by undertaking two courses in cyber security and two courses in IT network management. This proactive approach allowed me to further my expertise in these critical areas during a time of dynamic change in the business environment.

• Served as an interpreter and consultant for IOM and UNHCR, supporting refugees and asylum seekers throughout a seven-year tenure.
• Provided oral and formal interpretation of refugee cases in adherence to UNHCR and IOM guidelines.
• Conducted case interpretations and reported findings to IOM authorities at the conclusion of each contract.
• Represented IOM in Nauru in 2013, facilitating communication between stakeholders.
• Worked extensively with US Immigration, Australian Immigration, and New Zealand Immigration authorities, as well as UNHCR officials and detention authorities.

During this period, I held diverse roles that allowed me to excel in IT support and network operations. As a network operator with Tyre4U, I managed a network supporting 400 users across multiple branches. My responsibilities included maintaining network infrastructure, supporting desktops, and troubleshooting hardware and software issues to ensure seamless operations.

In addition to my corporate role, I operated independently as an IT technician under my own ABN, providing tailored IT solutions to various companies. This experience broadened my expertise in delivering efficient and effective IT support, further enhancing my technical proficiency and problem-solving skills.
