• Demolition of verandahs and excavation
• Pulling up of original tiles to restore

• Preparing for concrete; with the installing of timber frames and rebate brackets for stone, ableflex, plastic, tying and cutting steel, bar chairs and rebars
• Raking concrete to height and screeding concrete
• Laying of bluestone stone treads and risers
• Ability to lay new and original tiles with adhesive to high standards with even joints and flush tiles
• Ability to calculate repeats of the main pattern to work within the designated area for the layout of the tessellated tiles to be executed professionally and have symmetry where possible
• Paving with adhesive and mortar
• Experience grouting with sand and cement mix
• Small amounts of experience with screed and waterproofing
