• 3 month mining plan including Ore feed and stockpiles schedules
• Liaising and coordinating with multiple stake holders including 2yr planner, weekly planner, geology, geotech, hydrogeology and mine operations for mine plan input and assumptions

• Waste material characterisation for waste dump stability and scheduling
• Cost forecast within 3 months

• Responsible for quarterly mine plan/annual budget plan to ensure annual target are met and required mine developments are on track
• Quarterly stage planning / milestones for short-term planning
• Weekly/forthrightly alignment meeting with multiple stake holders for stage plan and metric review
• Weekly support to short-term plan to ensure mine plan target/spatial are met
• Short to long-term dewatering plan including dewatering bores locations ,sump/trenching locations, discharge line network/points and water storage/usage plan
• Dewatering rate monitoring and ground water modelling for mining input, draw down rates and free board input for mid to long-term mine planning
• Reconciliation of mine plan by quarterly/monthly including spatial conformance
• Tactical/parameter review for mine plan inputs/capacity (QP/5YP)
• Continuous review / input to mine designs for productivity (Terrace mining)

Responsible for planning and delivery of two-week production & development plans for Robe Valley (Mesa A & J Mines) . Weekly reconciliation of production metrics and spatial conformance against quarterly plan. Evaluate pit health to SOP tonnes and grade risks , implement mitigation plans with stake holders to achieve weekly targets. Weekly dewatering development plan including sump/trenching locations, blasting and mining schedule of sump/trenches.

Pit design and access improvement as required. SPOC/ leadership in field coverage for MTS. Continuous contribution for stockpile management and tracking improvements. Monthly /yearly production report conformation.

Responsible for daily production scheduling (PLOD) and weekly developments plan executions including dewatering plan (sump/trenches). Collaborating with integrated scheduling team, Mine Ops and Fixed plant to achieve daily trains, production and plant targets. Responsible for daily/monthly confirmation of production data, weekly report and end of month report. Continuous contribution of ore body and reconciliation knowledge to geology team. SPOC/Leadership in field coverage for Mesa J MTS team.

06/19-08/19 (3 months: Acting senior geologist role while working as full time mine scheduling engineer. Responsible for leading the RV geology team and provided geological technical and reconciliation advice. Implement improved sampling procedure.)

Responsible for reconciliation, grade control & out of design ore recovery. Material type classification works for waste dump and tailing dam wall construction, process plant material handling project, and reject fines (ore) recovery from decommissioned tailing dam.

Responsible for coverage of geologist, assisting geotech for monitoring (prism installation/radar monitoring), assisting hydrogeologist, ground water monitoring (bore fields) and ground water sampling
