• Drive and deliver sales activities to achieve area profitability
• Embed service excellence within the Store Managers and ensure a customer centric focus cascades through the store teams
• Manage monthly Profit and Loss in conjunction with the Store Managers in the area to achieve the area financial targets
• Demonstrate financial analysis including objectives budgeting, shrinkage and wage control
• Build employee engagement in store and across the area
• Determine the recruitment needs of the area store management team and store teams
• Effectively manage and develop performance of Store Managers through providing timely feedback, training and coaching
• Support Store Managers to build succession pipeline by providing appropriate training, coaching & development for Assistant Store Manager and team members
