Highly organised and innovative professional, co-founder for The Fly Program Ltd. a registered not-for-profit Health Promotion Charity with the ACNC. Having served in many roles and operations including Public Officer and Accounts Manager for ten-years, I have developed a strong expertise and experience in areas of company governance, relationships with auditors, CEO and directors in the not-for-profit space.


Nominated for the ‘Women in Rugby Leadership Program,’ hosted by Rugby Australia. Throughout this program, I have gained a first-hand insight to the strategic direction Rugby Australia are committed to executing in the immediate and long-term future, whilst further developing my skills and efficiencies as a club administrator in ACT/Southern NSW Rugby aligned with Rugby Australia’s values.


I am a resourceful and co-operative club rugby member with nearly five-years Executive Committee experience at Jindabyne Rugby Union Club, Club Secretary from 2019 - 2024.
In this time, Jindabyne Rugby Union Club has experienced significant growth in participation seen in both our junior and senior registrations.


I am currently employed at Alpine Law, supporting the legal team with organisation, reporting and communications. A strong leader, demonstrating clear communication skills and eager to work in team environments.

  • Accounts payable and payroll, working with Bookkeepers to reconcile weekly.
  • Responding to all communications and enquiries.
  • Assisting Auditors to meet requirements of a not-for-profit.
  • Scheduling and minute taking of Directors Meetings and AGMs.

Responsibilities:

  • Day to day operations of the club including but not limited to -
  • Insurances
  • Public Officer
  • Ensure club has first aiders etc.
  • Ensure club advertises and honours sponsorship arrangements
  • Ensure all paperwork commitments are met, bus rego’s, insurance, player Rego’s etc.
  • Written communication with stakeholders (SRSC, Brumbies, schools etc)
  • Ensure that club seasonal positions are filled e.g. coaches, team managers etc
  • Ensure effective communication between all committee members
  • Distribute e-mails and mail as required.
  • Supervising other committee members re their responsibilities
  • Organise regular club meetings, various committees and keep accurate meeting minutes
  • corresponding with ARU, ACTJRU, ACTSNSWRU, ACTRU
  • delegating tasks to communications manager for any correspondence for club stakeholders
  • delegating tasks to publicity manager for information to the general public

RA Women In Rugby Leadership Program


Nominated and selected for the program which included attending the conference held in Sydney November 2023, together with continued remote workshops and course work as a Club Administrator.


Working strategically with Rugby Australia and peer leaders to identify challenges currently present in community rugby administration, whilst creating strategic, fit-for-purpose processes and policies to support future strength in the game.


Rugby Australia 'TRY RUGBY' Program


Assisted in facilitation and the delivering of the ‘Try Rugby’ school age events approaching the 2003 World Cup Rugby World Cup in the Tamworth NSW area with NSW Rugby.
