Having worked in the service industry for over seven years, I have gained extensive customer service, organizational and some management experience. I have become adept at diffusing situations between customers as well as problem solving when things go awry. Not only this, but I have taken on training and leadership roles which have led to me learning more about the backend side of running a storefront. I am a quick learner and am always seeking to improve and expand my knowledge to better my performance at work.
