Fruugo is a global marketplace business built using a complex set of proprietary Java based applications. My scrum teams maintained and developed these systems and integrations to various third-party systems and software applications, such as translation services, payment & currency management, logistics services and various advertising platforms such as Google. Taking responsibility for the effective delivery of software solutions for Fruugo’s B2B and B2C applications.


During my time as a Scrum Master at Fruugo, I led 5 Scrum teams, both internal and external, as the company transitioned from waterfall to agile methodology. My responsibilities included facilitating agile processes, coaching team members, and removing obstacles. I coordinated multiple teams, both internal and external, ensuring seamless collaboration. This was crucial as the company expanded into the Fruugo global marketplace, addressing diverse customer needs and cultural considerations. The shift to agile supported the dynamic nature of the marketplace and allowed us to align development with the company's expansion goals.
