- Provide end user support and training to all WBHHS employees, contractors, students, and volunteers on the use of the WBHHS Learning Management System (LMS).

- Assist in the development of learning and development programs and activities utilising flexible and blended delivery methods and applying adult learning principles to enhance accessibility.
