Assist the Study Abroad Program with my day to day tasks, including the following:

• Liaise with overseas partner in Europe and America and Australian education providers to ensure smooth student enrolment.
• Manage the processing of student applications, monitor the efficiency of processes and meet deadlines
• Detailed, accurate data entry and electronic filling is necessary for all stages and components of this role
• Liaise with international partner organizations, education providers and host schools as required to solve cases of conflict and report to CEO
• Communication: share information issued by educational service providers with overseas partner organizations as requested
• Check the accurate finance information of the offers.

• Coordinating the daily administration of doctors, staff, visitors, and patients at a healthcare facility
• Scheduling appointments, answer patient inquiries, handle patient emergencies, and monitor stock and supplies at the healthcare facility
• Adhere to policy and procedures during all activates

• Conducted market research and contributed to email marketing and blog content.
• Assisted in event coordination, logistics, and post-event follow-up.
• Prepared performance reports and tracked marketing budgets.
• Managed administrative tasks and marketing materials in a fast-paced environment.
