- • Negotiating and supervising fulfillment of contract, holding numerous and regular meetings with subcontractors and also providers and suppliers of materials needed in appropriate times with regard to the work plan, and managing perfect dedication of budget to subcontractors in such a way that no unjustified delay is incurred to the project and works are fulfilled at the due time;
- • Managing correct compliance with safety terms in projects through management and coordination with HSE administrator according to safety HSE codes, in such a way that all checklists of safety codes are implemented during construction works;
- • Holding periodical meetings with all project agents including clients, consultants, subcontractors and other agents involved in project, providing interval reports on progress of project through assistance of project administrator, and also checking obstacles occurred in construction operations for compensating all delays occurred yet;
- • Managing provision of the financial statements of completed works through collaboration of technical affairs department, details of which are provided by engineers in technical office, architectural, civil engineers, mechanical and electrical engineers;
