Leading the Contracts Transition Project (CTP) that has been established to discover, analyse and treat contracts across the University of Adelaide and University of South Australia.
  • Established a strategy of discovering, analysing and transferring key contracts through a layered governance structure.
  • Established a cross-institutional governance forum to include senior stakeholders across academic and professional areas to share their ideas and feedback.
  • Successfully led a project to secure the Tax File Number (TFN) declaration from of all the professional staffs across UoA and UniSA. Managed to obtain TFN declarations from 100% of Continuing and Fixed term professional staffs across both the universities.
  • Successfully led the procurement projects for delivering key milestones in Curriculum, P&C and Corporate domain to ensure completion of activities as per the milestones.
  • Co-created an interim procurement process in collaboration with colleagues from both the foundation universities to simplify the procurement process for Adelaide University.
