My overarching objective is to complete my University Degree with distinction, demonstrating academic excellence and a deep understanding of Business Commerce. Working between 4-7 days a week, with hours varying from 3-12 per day.
Duties: Transported children to school or other activities when necessary. Engaged in interactive playtime to encourage learning and development. Read stories to help foster language skills and imagination development. Prepared nutritious meals and snacks for the children. Developed positive relationships with parents and guardians through open communication regarding their child's progress.
Saturdays, Sundays and occasional Weekdays.
Duties: Greeted guests and provided menus. Monitored guest consumption of alcohol to prevent intoxication levels. Suggested food and beverage items to customers based on their preferences. Ensured compliance with all health department regulations concerning food safety procedures. Set up banquet rooms for special events including weddings, parties, business meetings.
I worked a minimum of 4 shifts a week, and mostly weekends. I was also a manager, meaning I had to be able to do all the jobs in the shop, while also managing the workers.
Duties: Organized food preparation stations and regularly replenished supplies. Communicated with customer to provide menu offering details and assist with decision-making. Hired, trained, supervised, and evaluated staff members, and analysed sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Every Tuesday after school 2 hours
Duties: preparing LotteryWest tickets for sale and activating them. Collected money for games and provided customers with tokens, tickets and correct change. Scanned winning tickets to calculate payouts. Processed cash, credit card, debit card payments for lottery ticket purchases.
I worked Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays for 3 years
Duties: Developed strategies for managing large crowds of spectators who may be disruptive. Made sure all divisions played to their age and within the rules of WDNA. Communicated with Co-umpire, Scorer and Timekeeper for clarification and smooth-running games. Explained rulings made during matches clearly and concisely.
