  • Assisted in the safe completion of various job task from crane set ups and loading/ unloading of counter weights. Install and removal of plant e.g belts, pulleys, chutes, screens, crushing bowl/ mantle etc.
  • Installed slings, shackles, hoists and other lifting devices according to manufacturer specifications.
  • Ensured all rigging equipment was properly labeled and stored correctly in designated areas.

  • Worked on the installation of the new pipeline from Port Hedland to Iron Bridge 136km South of Port Hedland. Was tasked with rigging and set up of pipes to be welded prior to installation. Worked with various crews to ensure job was completed according to engineers specifications.
  • Duties varied from inspection and selection of all rigging equipment, ensuring equipment is tagged and fit for use.
  • Assisted in completion of complex lift studies that were required for the task, some lifts requiring multiple cranes, diggers, side booms to lift pipework for install. Working with various crews to safely complete task.
