Licensed Veterinary practitioner under Kerala State Veterinary Council, India. Completed and passed the Australasian Veterinary Examination (MCQ) in April 2023 and given the AVE clinical exam in June and October 2024, awaiting results from the clinical examination.


Moved to Australia in February 2022 for Masters in Tropical Veterinary Science under student visa 500. Post graduate course at James Cook University, Townsville from February 2022 to July 2023. Given the AVE MCQ examination in April 2023 and was given limited registration to practice under supervision after passing the exam. Got offered a job at Griffith Veterinary hospital in New South Wales in August 2023 and applied for a Training visa 407 under sponsorship. As student visa would expire in Spetember 2023 had to go back to India. Training visa was applied in November after sponsorship was approved for the employer and visa granted in January 2024 for 11 months after date of arrival. Came back to Australia in early February 2024 and given AVE clinical exam in July and October 2024, now awaiting for results. Once results are positive, will be able to apply for Skills Assessment and become a registered Veterinarian in Australia.
