• Worked on different modules of WSD – Reservation, Visitor Management and Workplace cases.

Project 2: Onboard/Offboard an Employee Automation (Integration With Active Directory)

• Worked on creating custom flow to onboard and offboard an employee.
• Created custom actions to create user in AD, update account expiry of contractor, update UPN, enable user, disable user in AD.
• Error handling in flow in-case of any failure in any of the steps.
• Configure email notifications to manager and user about the user credentials.

• Experience of working on Integration and Service Portal, Widgets, worked on creation of catalogs, tables, fields and ACL’s, flow designer, data imports, email notifications, custom scripting.
• Managed over 100k overseas end-users on ServiceNow platform for processes such as ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM) , Workplace Service Delivery (WSD) , HRSD.
