  • Clinical Placements: Brisbane Bird Vet (June 2019), Samford Valley Veterinary Hospital and Albany Creek Veterinary Surgery (Nov - Dec 2019); involved improving skills in veterinary nursing procedures, anaesthesia monitoring, observing procedures and consults and practicing clinical skills.
  • Pre-clinical placements: Completion of 50 days gaining experience working with a variety of production systems and animals including beef, dairy, sheep, horses, camels, goats, birds and wildlife (June 2021-July 2022)
  • Additional work-experience: Completed an extra week of beef placement to improve rectal pregnancy palpation skills
