Amy Gibson

I am an accomplished and dedicated physiotherapist with a special interest in acute cardiorespiratory and ICU caseloads. I have recently completed my Master of Traumatology online through the University of Newcastle and am implementing newfound knowledge into clinical practice. Known for my strong attention to detail, I enjoy working with cardiothoracic, respiratory and high acuity patients in the ICU and ward settings. I find fulfilment in mentoring junior staff members and students and am passionate about advocating for patients’ rights and wellbeing through clinically effective and safe interventions. I believe I possess the desirable clinical skills and personal attributes required to excel as an acute senior physiotherapist in 2025 opportunities at Gold Coast University Hospital.
