  • Upon returning to Brisbane I spent several months across multiple venues as a stand-in manager before taking a permanent role as general manager at Indooroopilly from 10/20. In 12/22 I was part of the team opening a new venue in Mount Gravatt, where I am now located. As GM I am responsible for all venue operations, overseeing five full time leaders and a team of around 45 casuals.

My most recent position was that of General Manager of a newly opened restaurant in Glen Waverly.
