Since July 2025, I have been a supervisor of the Online Management Team at Bunnings Alexandria. In my current role I:

• Supervise the Online Management Team, overseeing Click & Collect, Deliveries, Special Orders, and Trade orders to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.
• Lead and coordinate a team of 20 team members in a fast-paced environment with multiple daily priorities.
• Proactively resolve operational issues and ensure customer commitments are met within expected timeframes.
• Support delivery operations through forklift operation, assisting with loading and maximising space efficiency in the deliveries bay.
• Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction, safety, and operational efficiency.

• Worked full-time in the Online Department, supporting order picking and fulfillment for customer collection and delivery.
• Planned staffing levels in advance to ensure adequate coverage for order volumes and adapted quickly to operational changes.
• Responded effectively to changing priorities to maintain service standards and customer satisfaction.
• Developed strong time-management and planning skills to consistently meet customer collection timeframes and delivery schedules.

• Provided customer service in a friendly and efficient manner
• Assisted customers with product enquiries, locating items, and returns/exchanges
• Operated POS systems accurately and maintained store presentation through stock replenishment
