  • Conducted regular student surveys to assess performance and classroom climate. This found significantly fewer behavioural referrals and increased attendance in lower school classes.
  • Initiated engaging literacy practices that were embedded into the English programme and later a whole school approach, with this culminating into “Write a Book in a Day”.
  • Engaged in self-reflection practices to inform, modify and differentiate instruction for multi-cultural, mixed ability classrooms, setting challenging literacy targets and behavioral milestones as outlined in Operational Plans and Performance Management documents.
