Raft Guide

Franklin River Rafting

  • Facilitate 8-10 day river journey on the Franklin River in Tasmania's remote South West Wilderness. Expedition style, leave no trace.
  • Catering for up to 15 people. This includes pre trip food shopping and on trip food preparation.
  • Paddle guided in 14ft raft, class 3/4, multiple water levels. Portaging including boat lining.
  • Driving to and from in small bus with trailer.

  • Planning, research and design of equipment for the Denman Terrestrial Campaign Remote field camp in East Antarctica.
  • This included working within the Commonwealth Government procurement framework and AAD consignment of goods via aviation and shipping assets.

Other Experience

Since 2007 I have worked for a number of schools throughout Australia as an outdoor educator and guide. I specialise in bushwalking, rock climbing and abseiling, kayaking and canoeing. I have worked with young people aged between 11 and 18.
