My responsibility as a Sandwich Artist is to greet and serve customers, prepare food according to customer requests, follow sanitation guidelines, handle financial responsibilities like operating cash registers. I also maintain a clean work environment, restock food products, handle/process light paperwork, and often work with little supervision.

My responsibilities as an Assistant Bakery Manager was to manage department inventories by tracking sales and ordering product and supplies to meet customer demands, Assist in the preparation and production of baked goods. Maintain a clean, sanitised and organized work environment. quality control, procuring supplies, packaging and labeling of product. A major component of this role was Leadership. I showed leadership by holding a position of power within the organisation, where I was expected to help others grow and motivate the team to achieve goals. To be an effective leader, I established a clear vision, motivated my direct reports and took accountability for issues that arise.
