Coordinate and oversee the delivery of in-home and community support services in line with individual care plans.
Ensure timely and appropriate allocation of care workers to meet client needs, preferences, and service requirements.
Respond promptly to client enquiries, changes in care needs, and service adjustments
Develop and maintain efficient staff rosters, ensuring optimal coverage and continuity of care.
Manage last-minute changes such as sick leave or shift cancellations and arrange replacement staff as required.
Monitor staff workloads, travel time, and availability to ensure cost-effective scheduling.
Supervise, support, and coordinate care workers, including onboarding, training support, and performance feedback.
Ensure care workers comply with policies, procedures, and relevant legislation (e.g., WHS, NDIS Practice Standards, Aged Care Standards).
Maintain up-to-date records of care worker availability, competencies, and compliance documentation (e.g., police checks, First Aid).
Act as the central contact point between clients, families, care workers, and health professionals.
Build and maintain strong, respectful relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds, ensuring culturally safe and person-centred support.
Handle service complaints and feedback with professionalism and a problem-solving approach.
Ensure services are delivered within funding guidelines (e.g., NDIS, HCP, CHSP)
Support implementation of service improvements and contribute ideas for better efficiency and client outcomes.

Develop and deliver engaging, inclusive, and culturally sensitive training sessions aligned with curriculum and competency requirements.
