Summary

Educational Philosophy

The foundational principle guiding my lesson planning is the individual growth of each student. My lesson plans are designed to empower students to construct their own knowledge, and as such, I incorporate hands-on tasks that foster mental agility and accommodate the varying needs of each student. I firmly believe in the teacher's role as a scaffold for students' learning.

I place great importance on assessment and reporting as essential tools for refining our teaching methods and recognising each individual's achievements. I am committed to adapting my teaching approach by understanding how each student learns best, tailoring my strategies to their specific needs. My goal is to create a collaborative classroom environment where both students and teachers contribute, recognising that we all expand our knowledge through shared experiences.
