The Business Director role leads a team of 60 across the Maccas’s portfolio. The core function of the role is to oversee the team, ensure quality, and output of all work, and lead the entire budget for Maccas.
· Team management: Day to day team management of 60+ individual across 5 different SBU’S
· Management of overall Maccas Local, State & National budget across 19 markets- $160m +

The Client Partner role leads the ALDI, Kellogg’s and Arrotex portfolio across Australia. The core function of the role is to oversee the portfolio P&L, KPI delivery, and C-Suite stakeholder management within the client group, as well as to build and grow a thriving team culture, working cohesively to deliver best-in-class service work.
Across this entire period at Vizeum, I was an Associate Director for three years, followed by a Client Leader from July 2016 to June 2020.
The Client Leader is accountable for the leadership of best practice client leadership and business solutions across all aspects of the Vizeum (DAN) product and service in order to retain and grow business with existing clients, and attract new business – driving revenue and PBMC. The CL has primary responsibility for ensuring client service delivery and performance, through the consistency and quality of our client business solutions, client health, new business acquisition, revenue, and profitability.
