- Trained staff in the use of MYOB Retail Manager, Odoo OS, and most recently the point of sale and inventory management program Lightspeed. I successfully project managed the implementation of Lightspeed and solely trained all staff. Upon leaving the company I continued to provide long distance guidance where required.
- Developed a system for tracking inventory and ordering supplies as needed and created reports on sales trends, inventory levels, and financial data. This culminated in overseeing the end of year stock take process and co-operating with auditors.
- Collaborated with management on developing strategic plans for achieving business goals, and communicated regularly with key stakeholders to better plan for future needs. I also brought on new products that went on to create high revenue for the company.
- Oversaw staff on weekends and provided guidance and support to junior staff members on daily tasks, projects, and objectives. In my time here I trained three new office workers and managed them on Saturdays.
