Hello!
I am looking for either a front of house or back of house role.
In front of house I have a few years experience in bars, restaurants and cafes. I am an all rounder and have experience; hosting, waiting tables, customer service, bartending, staff training, handling cash. I have had two supervisor roles in front of house, where I managed a small team of staff. I found these roles challenging, but have learnt a lot from both and keen to continue growing. I am not necessarily looking for a senior role, but am very open to any positions you have available.
The past couple months I have been working in a kitchen alongside one other chef. My role has included all aspects of a kitchen; food prep, dishes, managing the pass, working on the pans, ordering. I have a big passion for working in the kitchen, and with only a few months experience have been able to hold my own. I run service by myself twice a week and complete opening and closing tasks.
I would like to continue growing in the kitchen.
Ideally I would like to work full time hours under a casual contract, but I am super open to hear what you have available.
Summer casual position working late nights in a fast pace environment.
