• Meet and greet customers.
• Taking customer orders by using the POS and adding value and generating sales through up selling and second selling. Undertaking general waiting duties of both food and beverages including delivering meals and drinks to tables.
• Making and mixing all beverages (incl., supplying, dispensing or mixing of coffee, tea, frappes and other beverages) as per The Coffee Club manuals.
