My job consisted:

• Unloading fresh supplies and
  organizing the stockroom
• Checking sell-by dates and
  rotating food stock
• Cleaning kitchen appliances
• Ovens
• Dishes and pans observing cooking times and checking the
  correct temperatures.
• Preparation of food and dishes
• Cooking
• Pollecting waste,
• Peeling vegetables and fruits
• Cutting meat fish, chicken
• Cutting and clean salmon
• Prepare sauces, fry and roast foods,
• Tasting dishes,
• Maintaining kitchen stations clean and organized, and
  ordering supplies
• Controlling inventory and organizing the
  stockroom and fridges.

My job consisted :

• Work in a high-volume environment but not compromise on quality and preparation of ingredients.
• Previous hands-on experience making authentic hand stretched pizzas and foccacias
• Experience working in a high volume and fast paced kitchen
• Excellent communication and organisation skills
  Flexibility to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays

• I learned fires, being on the grill, and bulk cookery.
• Stocking of products
• A good knowledge of hygiene and WHS practices and food handling, cleanliness.
