  • Company Overview: The project objective is to implement a Workday system, replacing more than a decade outdated legacy system and the manual processes.
  • Requirements Facilitation: Instrumental in gathering and facilitating requirements from a diverse group of stakeholders. Planned and led brainstorming sessions using Miro and Microsoft Whiteboard to optimise interactivity and participation, resulting in positive engagement and quality requirements.
  • Process Modelling: Defined, developed, and improved existing processes by identifying the current and future stakeholder needs through process optimisation and modelling.
  • Requirement Gathering: Organised and facilitated workshops for the Business team to map the As-Is and To-Be processes, identifying business change impacts and document requirements as user stories.
