• Provided assistance with secure file transfer needs as the business grows and new challenges arise, by touching base on a regular basis to provide advice on new technology and how it may assist with the existing solutions. Monitor and maintain multiple Axway Secure Transport MFT environments. Respond 24/7 to critical issues affecting MFT system integrity and availability.
• Assist with the major version upgrade of Axway Secure Transport from version 4.92 to 5.1, and from 5.1 SP6 to 5.3.1. Create and maintain documentation repositories for multiple MFT products, including manuals, etc. Installing patches and updates for Axway Managed File Transfer.

• Gather details for preparing a transmission from internal infrastructure to the external world and vice versa.
• Recommended solutions that will provide stable file flows between multiple interfaces, both internal and external.
• Provided the solution to use the message attribute to the business to pull the files from multiple folders and push them to the internal server for processing of data or files.
• Providing end-to-end support on the file transmissions for all the interfaces. Prepare and automate the transmissions for AS2, SFTP protocol, and use Sentinel to store the data in monitoring. Make sure the required data is available in Sentinel monitoring.
• Monitored the file transmission-related issues and the status of file transmission states using sentinel correlation rules, and informed the same to the business team.
• Create web trader user accounts, and monitor the file flow from end to end.
• Create partners and transfer/receive files, using send and receive templates with transfer CFT.
• Monitor the CATLOG and logs on a daily basis to check for any connectivity issues or transmission issues, and work with the business team or support team to fix the issues.

• Develop test designs and test cases for new framework features as part of the development processes used within the QA/Engineering center. Executed automation test scripts for smoke and regression.
• Managed and supported the integration of data flow in logistics company production environments. Created virtual machines for test and production environments using the vSphere client.
• Created alerts for virtual machines using Vcops [VMware ESX-vSphere] and Sitescope monitoring tools to monitor the system status, disk spaces, and applications. Proactivity monitored the issues that occurred on virtual machines and informed system admins about the status.
• Worked with internal business and technical departments, along with external customers, to manage data feeds going in and out of the e-commerce applications.
• Ensure successful onboarding of new integration customers. Provided services working with AS2, SFTP, and FTP solutions for customer integrations. Set up data delivery/pickup points using the Axway Gateway Interchange [Tools worked on version 5.5 and version 5.10].
• Create inbound and outbound data flows using a message bus and assign a protocol to be used to send/receive files.
• Setting up new integrations and troubleshooting issues (implemented around 70 AS2 partners and 140+ FTP and SFTP setups using the Gateway Interchange tool). Off-hours support – on call 24/7 for major releases, deployment, and major incident management.
