• Within Viterra I have experienced a wide variety of skills and teamwork qualities, strengthening my reliability and work ethic within the industry. During harvest of 2022 I was able to work with many different characters in which helped me to communicate in many situations within the workplace.
• My previous job at Wendy's Milk Bar allowed me to further my communication skills with customers and staff. I can communicate well with new people, groups, peers etc..
• Swimming instructing had allowed me to further improve my communication skills with the Vac swim community.
• Teamwork: I find that I can work well in teams, I can work well with all personalities and can adjust to the teams working rate. With work at Viterra we rely on teamwork at most, especially during harvest when we are assigned certain tasks that require multiple people.
• I had played in many team sports including netball, basketball, football, and school-based sports which involve a lot of teamwork, respect and cooperation.
• Committee involvement with Port Lincoln Motocross Club and Treasurer.Self-management:I prove to manage my time efficiently whilst managing my own responsibilities and acting upon them in a timely manner. I was previously relied upon to efficiently manage the local Motocross Clubs treasurer's duties. Whilst juggling my previous school life, as well as a couple different sports activities during after school hours and on weekends, this had improved my own self-management skills. I manage my own appointments and am a reliable worker.
