  • My exposure as a building manager/supervisor extended to Port Douglas beginning with the Peninsula Boutique resort
  • Here, my talents were concentrated
  • Painting and decorating, fine detail carpentry, emergency plumbing and minor electrical

  • Guest interaction ensuring a positive and seamless remedy to any issues

Building/Strata Manager

  • Company Overview: An association with a contract building manager gained me employment
  • Specialized in high rise apartment management, in the inner city of Sydney N.S.W
  • Officially the On-site Building Manager/Concierge later in 2003
  • Appointed to maintain four complexes
  • A high-rise residential tower, Casino Gardens Darling Harbor, Sydney
  • With extensive multi-level garden systems as well as the common grounds making up the property
  • Casino Gardens also had a pool and an extensive gymnasium
  • As the complex’s Concierge/Strata Manager I assisted the private residents with individual gardens and specialising in indoor aqua gardens
  • Appointing staff and arranging assets
  • This gave me exposure to owner/body Corps related matters together with Government legislations
  • Total CAPEX and FFE work’s managed exceeded $4M
  • I supervised 7 staff in total not including onsite contractors
  • These works were from Extraordinary Owners/Body Corp meetings and their directives
  • From initial tenders to assessment and commissioning of work’s
  • Strata Manager/Concierge at The Barristers Chambers Tower, District Court building in Sydney city
  • Having multi-level grounds and spectacular indoor and roof top gardens, pool area and a fully functioned gymnasium
  • I supervised 3 staff
  • Acacia Gardens, a large residential multiplex high rise residential construction located at Black Wattle Bay, Sydney with expansive general common grounds, various garden beds and vegetation features around the complex
  • With over 400 residential apartments the grounds keeping was significant and involved sub-contracted services that needed to be sourced and implemented by way of contracts in place as per plant and equipment maintenance requirements
  • Total CAPEX works exceeded $2.2M I supervised and managed 8 staff not including onsite contractors
  • Again, these works were a directive from Owners/Body Corp meetings
  • The final term as a strata manager/chief engineer was managing a similar large complex (300 residential units) but low rise in Pennant Hills in Sydney’s north
  • Again, with expansive general common grounds, huge gardens beds and in this case, catering to nature’s own environment as the complex was adjacent to a heritage listed Reserve
  • There was an architectural balance of natural vegetation and of introduced native foliage to suit
  • I supervised and managed 7 staff
  • An association with a contract building manager gained me employment
  • Specialized in high rise apartment management, in the inner city of Sydney N.S.W
  • T.S.S Strata Services contract was not renewed, as the final stage of construction was due to commence and consequently is still under the control of Multi-Plex Building Corp

  • By way of architectural structures and designed gardens and features we guaranteed as much privacy to each resident as possible
  • From inner city terraces and studios/lofts to small boutique strata properties
  • Specializing in Indigenous native gardens and natural environments and with flowing water features, ponds, and aqua foliage
  • The company ethos was ‘One with Nature’
  • Starting work on the ground and labouring initially then specializing in ‘after construction’ final stages of build prior to handover
  • This entailed evaluating foliage and vegetation for specific areas and climate, the planting and consequently taking on the ‘Building Manager, on-site for the duration of warranties
