Presenting and reversing to excavator in appreciate and efficient manner. Hauling waste and overburden safely to tip heads and stockpiles while following the mine traffic rules.

Delivering coal to the rom and dumping on allocated stockpile or in appropriate coal bin.

Communicating clealry and safely via 2way radio with other operators, dispatch and workshop.

Communicating faults etc to workshop.

Conducting prestart checks on machinery. Looking for damage leaks and faults.

Using the haultrax tablet to login and travel to assigned excavator and dumping location.

• Operate 793D/F and 797F model rear dump trucks in accordance with BMA SWI
• Using positive communication via 2way radio on relevant channel to communicate with Excavator Operator, dump dozer, dispatch, workshop and other operators on site
• Presenting and reversing under Excavator according to loading and bench, top loading, double bench, single bench
• 45, on teeth under bucket and offside loading
• Dumping in correct dump location and where required by dozer
• Over tip head, 45 short in corner or paddock dumping (waster) Occasionally hauling coal to correct dumping location
• Navigating way around Peak Downs Northern Pits according to pre start sheet or advised via IVOLVE message from dispatch
• Safely following Priority rules and Positive 2way communication with other work groups and operators
• Safely following emergency and blast procedures

• Operate Security equipment - 2 way radio for transmitting important information which includes but is not limited to - movement of prisoners and emergencies where additional staff is required
• Escorting prisoners throughout the prison
• Operating Central control/monitoring station - opening electronically operated doors and gates via an internal computerised system
• Communicating with prisoners via internal computerised intercom system
• Emailing appropriate departments/people in accordance with prisoner needs and requests
• Managing day to day operations of a prisoner unit of up to 20 prisoners
• Checking and updating and internal data base IOMS (internal offender management system)
• Conducting headcounts and musters to ensure all prisoners accounted for
• Ensuring safety and security of prisoners and staff including assisting in difficult situations - fights, yelling, assault, medical emergencies
• Filling in a manual log book of daily occurrences and prisoner movements
• Movement of prisoners to other cells and units

• Operating, servicing and pre operational inspections of 776D/777G haul truck and water cart in accordance with Rio Tinto mine traffic and Hierarchy rules
• Operating and servicing 785C rear tipper
• Including the various forms of dumping, i.e dumping to the floor (300/450/600) stockpile dumping (45/90) and dumping on the crude ore dump
• Body Washing all the above
• 2 Way radio communication in accordance with mine specifications - relaying clearly and effectively faults and errors that are presented on the VIMS and the MICS and general condition of the machine (relating to damage to body, trailer, tyres, cab etc)
• Following all safety procedures to ensure safe operation
• Operating in truck Wenco system (a GPS system that shows our locating and destination, our assigned loader and/or next task) relating to destination for driving and dumping and servicing
• Efficient operator swapping
• Setting up delineation on mine floors and access tracks in accordance with Rio Tinto mining standards
• Other duties including cleaning guide posts and delineation
• Operating gerni car
• Daily light vehicle checks including cleaning and refuelling them
• Daily take 5 and CCC and contributing to the development of new JSEA
