Physio - Including implementing individualised exercise programs.

- Group sessions, covering exercises for specific treatments for joint replacements, cardiac or pulmonary recovery and general muscle weakness.

- Facilitation of the Stepping On program over various facilities in the area together with a physiotherapist.

- Ward, inpatient exercise programs in room or in the gym.

Transitional Aged Care Program

- Implementing physio program in home setting.

- Some patient hygiene care and medication monitoring with vital signs.

- Patient transport to medical appointments, shopping or social outings.

-Administrative duties including phone calls to family, documentation, acquiring quotes for equipment, ordering and monitoring stock.

Occupational therapy department

-Assisting with administrative duties and timely coordination of details for home modifications.

-Taking measurements a patient's home for preparation of home modifications and acquiring feedback after completion of job, following up with builder if required.

-Monitoring clients on the ward to assist with equipment needed for safe mobilisation and adjustments where necessary.
