  • Schedule formal assessment appointments across rooms, resources, and clinicians for diagnostic assessments, cognitive, and language assessments including parent interviews and feedback sessions.
  • Liaise with assessment clinicians and Team Managers/Allied Health Managers where needed to coordinate assessments.
  • Following collection of relevant data, create client records in CRM for all clients who are scheduled to attend intake appointments.
  • Collect and collate all relevant documentation (eg. Reports, NDIS Plans, Enrolment Forms) from new clients and complete all associated administrative tasks related to the effective onboarding of new clients, to ensure ongoing adherence and compliance to all relevant policies and procedures.
  • Attend and participate in staff meetings as required.
  • Perform other duties within the scope of the role, as requested from time to time by the business.
  • Work in a collaborative manner with all staff upholding Irabina's values.

As this is a family-owned business, it is very important to maintain a great rapport with all our Members and PT clients that come through the door.
