Providing a high standard following Early Years Learning Framework.
Completing Observations of the children through our programming and following curriculum set in our daily routines.
Provided support and guidance to children in conflict resolution.
Assist Educators and work as a team to complete daily routines.
Completing my ongoing studies in a high standard and by all timeframes.
Experience being an Educator in all age groups 0-5 years.
Leading the room while Lead Educators are absent.
Daily posts for parents with Children’s actives and learnings.
Supervise and engage in the activities with children, exploring new ideas and creating new play experiences.
Positively interact with all children, nurturing their confidence and self-esteem giving each child individual attention and comfort throughout the day.
Opening and closing procedures.
Perform incidental administrative duties (filling out accident/incident reports) calling parents to communicate these.
Daily safety check to ensure a clean, safe and healthy environment for all children.
Communicating to parents and creating a trust and bond.
High work ethic and great communication.
