I have accumulated over 12 years of industry experience, with my most recent position as Design Director spanning nearly 5 years. Together with my husband, Simon, I co-founded Endrim, where owning and operating our own business has provided me with invaluable insights into management, mentoring, and the financial intricacies of running a design firm. This experience has uniquely equipped me with a comprehensive understanding of both design and management facets.
My expertise extends beyond design to encompass project management and client communication. I aim to blend strong conceptual thinking with effective communication throughout the design and delivery process.
I have a knack for visualising design concepts and possess advanced skills in briefing, concept development, test fits, and sketching. Additionally, I have considerable experience in technical interior documentation, detailing, feasibility assessments, and project realisation.
My approach to each project stage is driven by a genuine passion for achieving optimal outcomes that align with client needs.
Known for my resourcefulness, I thrive in collaborative team environments, fostering an atmosphere of mutual learning and growth. I believe in the power of shared knowledge and experience, recognising the value that each team member brings to the table.
In addition to my design expertise, I have developed a keen interest in business management and growth throughout my tenure, finding fulfillment in the strategic aspects of running a design firm. I am genuinely passionate about nurturing the growth of both the business and its team members. Fostering an environment conducive to professional development and expansion is of paramount importance to me. I actively seek opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and explore avenues for sustainable growth, recognising the integral role that effective management plays in the success of any endeavour.
