My husband, Simon, and I founded Endrim together, where we've served as the two Directors. Together, we've led the firm to multiple nominations for multiple design awards. Through my role, I've gained invaluable insights into business management, development, mentoring, and the financial aspects of running a design firm. This experience has given me a well-rounded understanding of both design and management requirements, allowing me to effectively balance creative vision with operational excellence.

Once her studies were complete she became a full time interior designer. Hassell gave her a solid foundation and the training needed to build her career from here on.
