• In every job I have held, I have developed strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues by maintaining open lines of communication and fostering a supportive learning environment.
• Through various techniques, classroom behavior can be managed as long as rules, behaviors, and consequences are established that do not affect the classroom environment.

Some of these techniques are:
breathing techniques
emotional support (hug or words of encouragement)
morning routines (say hello, leave your suitcase in place, sit down...) among others.

• It is important to be aware of students with difficulties from the beginning in order to provide them with adequate support and follow-up throughout the school year. It is important that this support is provided both at school and at home.
