Coppice thinning, planting and stem injecting blue gum trees. Also fire break cleaning including burn of some aer as of the plantions. This also included many standby days enrolled as a paid fire fighter for forester company SFM

During my time here I was sub-contracted out to Casterton Plantation Contractors. The tasks there consisted of tractor and machine operations. Spraying, slashing and mounding rows of plantations.

Operations of heavy machinery including skidders, excavators, feller bunchers, loaders, and wood chippers. This was an infeild chipping operations spread across southwest Victoria and South East South Australia

During this role I also helped out alot in the workshop and on site with servicing and fixing of broken machines.

Operations of tractors and various pieces of agricultural equipment, drills, mowers, rakes, balers, spreaders, power harrows, discs, plows, sprayers, forage harvestors, silage wagons, excavators, bobcats. All maintenance and repairs from normal servicing to major breakdowns around the clock.

Serviceman in an open cut mine, with mill/ROM operations as well. At this role i carried out all serviceman duties ie, fuelling, filling of oils, advanced machine checks, fault finding, maintenance, repairs. Tyre changes, complete service breakdowns, dozer and loader transmission transplants, suspension work, hydraulic work. Later to be put in a ute for small breakdowns and repairs.
