*Sampling, weighing, unloading, drying and transfer of loads of raw product direct from farm.

*Training, supervision and safety of each seasons casual workforce.

*Oversee the cleaning and fumigation process.

*Break down/ preventative maintenance on the entire intake process including bucket elevators(belt and chain driven), conveyor belts, dust extraction systems, baghouses, heat pump and gas dryers.

*Numerous confined spaces to work in.

Working at heights.

*Supervision of seed production and coordination of seed delivery/packaging.
