My duties have included:

• Relocating pc, monitors and peripherals for U bank/NAB to their new office
• Replacing monitor screens in laptops
• Relocating staff IT Equipment internally at NAB
• Adding applications via Remote Installation servers
• Performing final checks , assisting bank staff with operating new software
• Providing Face to Face Support after relocation has occurred
• Following Directions via Documentation
• Assisting with setting up a data centre for Amazon
• Rolling out new hardware for RMS and DET
• Installing and testing new POS (point of sale computers) for David Jones
• Supporting State Street Australia and their Global Advisors branch with all desktop issues
• Supported both St Vincents Health Australia via their phone system and all onsite within SVHS's pathology lab running a project replacing PCS

My duties have included:

• Checking a received request for software or hardware and seeing if it is able to be put on a client’s network (in case any security issues or conflictions with other software occur)
• Document the specific functions of the software or hardware
• Perform initial testing and reporting any issues to the customer if they are major, If packaging is required, advise packaging team what specific conditions are needed to be added, Once all necessary changes are made, testing for the deployment method is performed
• Going through the Standard UAT process with the customer to make sure all requirement have been met
• Deployment of Patches and Programs that have been packaged as per customer requirements

My duties included:

• Installing new Desktop PCs
• Adding the new pcs to the Westpac network
• Installing Windows XP Service Pack 3 via RIS (Remote Install Server)
• Adding applications via Remote Installation servers
• Performing final checks , assisting bank staff with operating new software
• Providing Face to Face Support the morning after the installation has occurred
• Following Directions via Documentation
• Consulting with IBM techs over phone conference during the entire rollout
• Training new techs over the course of a night’s installation
• Removing old desktop PCs from site

My Duties Included:

• Co-coordinating with contractors to schedule times and dates for completion of work at schools
• Co-coordinating with DET and IBM to make sure the dates proposed by the contractors were acceptable.
• Managing the data coming back from the contractors to make sure it was correct (this was in the form of Test results that showed the attenuation of the cable, maps of before and after the job and a document that showed the progress of work over the project per school)

The project covered 465 schools that were spread over New South Wales. My job was to coordinate with DET, IBM, and the School to make sure that the contractors had access to the school and the various areas to lay the cabling to various points of the building.

I also had to coordinate with our supply manager to make sure that the cabling and other items made it to the schools on time for the contractors to install

Once the work was signed off by the school I would receive the documentation and process it. Send it to IBM and DET and wait for them to except it for payment.
